1. INTRODUCTION
The Board of Directors of TWL (“Board”) is pleased to announce that the Company had on 30
March 2022 entered into a memorandum of agreement with Tatra Investment LLC (“Tatra”) to
formalise a strategic collaboration in relation to, amongst others, the procurement, import,
supply, distribution, research, development, production and commercialization of medical,
pharmaceutical and other healthcare related products in Malaysia and South East Asia (“Joint
