@shorttermtrader ESOS usually is like a replacement for bonus. Which is better because.
1. Dosent cost cash upfront form the books
2. ESOS help motivate and keep workers invested

To me it's considered small amount and I don't mind. It's good for the company

Today announcement is the last patch of ESOS to issues and before to define the 30% PP price for new investor or boss.

Those collect between 0.15 to 0.19 is around ESOS price.

To me i think is a good new because company complete fix the ESOS price and reward to employee, normally ESOS should be lower than market price but now the ESOS same with the market price..so worth to see coming 30% PP price and WHO take it.

After the PP shares the BOD might do shares consolidation and right issue to generate more money look at what happen to Mtouche and Gpa you can imaging the future for Permaju same director keep doing the same thing to fatten them self than shareholders .. : (
