Finally trading of PR comes to end. Good for mother share. No more hedging or arbitraging. Like other counters' LR, WR or PR, mother share can now easier to move up, no disturb from arbitraging activities, at the same time, a higher mother share price will attract more people to subscribe the ICPS. Looking forward next week onward.

there is no need for owner to attract ppl subscribe the ICPS. owner can sell the RI to u all, and making not attractive to subscribe so he can use the money he get from selling RI to convert excess RI that not converted. dont be naive thinking operator will push the price to skyrocket when everyone know it going to reach 40 cent? haha

Ya, dis comp like a drain to outflow investors' $ to rescue d existing poor balance sheet. Unless, it come out exciting news tat can add values to investors prior to d completion of RI acceptance, then it will turn become a RESERVIOR, instead of a drain........

can anyone advise as below if my calculation is correct

Quantity of PR share : 100,000
Cost of PR share (RM0.005/share x 100,000) : RM500.00

Subscribe Cost : RM0.05/Share
Total Subscribe Cost : RM5,000

PR + Subscribe Cost + Stamp Duty : RM5,510.00

Convert to Mother : 5:1
Quantity of Mother share : 20,000
Current mother price: RM0.330/share)
Total Mother Price : RM6,600

Gain : RM6,600 - RM5,510 = RM1,090

Free Warrant 10:1
Quantity of warrant : 10,000
Exercise Price : RM0.25 x 10,000 : RM2,500
Current mother price: RM0.330/share) x 10,000 = RM3,300

Gain : RM3,300 - RM2,500 = RM800

Therefore 100,000 PR can have gain of RM1,890 if mother is RM0.330

Correct me if im wrong

Wooow gongon, perfect calculations. But aways b alerted tat d actual prcing very different frm theoritical prcing tat merely used to attract investors to subscribe d RI prior to its closing date.

After d $ paid for acceptance, d mother shares usually to drop drastically till level 0.25 or below.

Tat time, instead of profiting; our $ wud b locked up by d comp for long period. Unless, cutting losses to sell painfully.

Humbly sharing out some unforgetable bad experience.

gon gon, if u have 100000 PR, u need to fork out RM 5000.00 to subscribe . you will get 100000 ICPS plus 10000 Pemaju Warrants.
The ICPS and the Warrants will be listed on 21/8/2020. The listing price for both will depend on Permaju mother share price on that day.
U need to download the RSF form or u can get it from yr remisier/broker. You then need to buy a bank draft for RM5000.00 and a RM10 revenue stamp.
Fill up the RSF form and send it to the registrar. Last day for acceptance/payment is 10/8/2020

if the mother share price is 33 sen on that day, the warrant should fetch around 20 sen (+/- 5 sen)
the ICPS should be around 5.5/6 sen.
you can just sell the ICPS and/or the warrants. There is no necessity to convert
