Every country labour costs will be increased every year, which is not particular for vietnam so its not end of the world

chonghai: That is true. But from what I observed in some of their recent qtrly reports, they managed to bring down operating costs a bit. Plus with new plant up and running 2nd half 2019, savings should be more substantial. Otherwise no point having new plant if there is no improvements to their existing production line.

I am interested to see how Magni's management deal with increasing labour costs.

Carson Teor: Magni before this is "usually" valued at PE7-8 which is where it is now. RM8 is PE12 which i think quite unlikely at this juncture.

@bwho: That's incorrect way to look at it. Bonus issue and share split is usually means to increase stock liquidity. It should not be viewed as the same as private placement where your holdings get diluted. As long as company continues to make continuous profit growth it should be viewed as a reward to shareholders.
