盛传越南政府叫板中国 默许越暴民发泄三天

(河内14日综合电）南海冲突升高，越南民众星期日才在首都河内的中国大使馆前举行大规模示威，抗议规模历年罕见；越南民众星期二前往各大外资厂商投资的工业区抗议。原先抗议对象是中国投资厂商和中国干部，但到最后，台湾、香港、新加坡全都遭殃。
位在胡志明市正北方的平阳省，星期二下午即传出有暴民冲进平阳省工业区内打砸抢。由于平阳省各大工业区中，是台商成衣纺织及鞋厂投资大本营，且聘用众多中国籍干部；台商傍晚即透过LINE传出，包括台商顺星、远东纺织、鞋美等厂，都传出遭暴民攻击。
当地台商会星期二也传出，越南政府考虑让暴民“发泄3天”，想藉国内民意传达对中国政府抗议，但这也等同工厂停工3天，让台商损失扩大。据了解，平阳台商会已与平阳省政府展开协调，希望平阳省公安加派人员巡逻，并建议台商各大厂房赶快挂出越南国旗，以求自保。
遭攻击的有台资厂房、港资和中国投资厂商，但日本厂商几乎全身而退。

乱下去，也只不过是越南惨而已，唉。。。想当年八国联军攻打中国的时候，又有谁来同情，中国自古以来给多少个国家欺负过，算也算不清。。。不过坦白可以说，当中国真正将棋子布满全世界每个角落，成为全世界的经济主脉的时候，这场游戏就有看头了。以现在中国的军事力量已经到达了很强的地步，只是导弹都有排受了，东风21,31,42,如果真的发射出去，美国都等着收皮啦，爱国者导弹，淘汰咯～如果中国真的开炮，第一个替死鬼肯定是那个一直搞挑拨的菲律宾和日本先。一直以来忍气吞声的中国，一旦真的忍无可忍的时候，难以想象。。

越南後日全國反華大遊行
中越緊張解放軍三級戰備

越南反華騷亂，令原本因南海主權爭議而繃緊的中越關係火上澆油，中越邊境及南海海域的武裝衝突一觸即發。據香港的中國人權民運信息中心透露，由昨天凌晨開始，包括廣西及雲南的解放軍邊防部隊進入三級戰備，所有官兵取消休假。台國防部的情報消息則稱，越南將於下周日（18日）爆發全國性反華大遊行，預期北京到時會在中越邊境提升戰備。同時，越南加強和美國軍事合作，美軍第七艦隊軍官表示，有意增加造訪越南港口次數。

上周，中央軍委委員兼國防部長常萬全突然現身雲南中越邊境調研邊防工作。他強調要大力提升防衞管控能力，確保平時能管控、戰時能打贏。這番言論被軍事分析家認為，中越隨時開戰的戰略意圖十分明顯。越南傳媒前日引述軍方消息稱，就在越南本土爆發反華騷亂之際，中、越船隻繼續於南海互射水炮及衝撞對峙，中方出動包括導彈護衞艦在內的86艘船艦到相關海域護航。

台灣國安局長李翔宙昨透露，根據駐越南的同仁當日凌晨與越南公安部的聯繫，越南一位擔任記者的退伍軍官，號召民眾18日上街遊行，估計將有上萬人參加，這將是越南首次全國性反華示威遊行。台駐越人員已與當地警方聯繫並達成協議，希望對台商的生命財產安全給予充份保護。台外交部長林永樂則坦承，雖然當局在越南反華暴動前掌握相關情勢，但沒想到狀況後來失控。

中越關係日趨緊張之際，越南當局為抵抗中國，暗中加強和美國的軍事合作。負責美國太平洋安全任務的第七艦隊發言人馬克斯（William Marks）昨向路透社表示，美軍有意和南海盟友增加合作關係，也很樂意增加造訪越南港口次數。目前，越南僅讓美軍艦隊一年靠港一次，每次不多於三艘軍艦，但越軍正在和美軍討論，增加靠港次數。

在河內，越南總理阮晉勇昨向公安部、中央機關和地方政府領導人發出緊急信件，針對包括台商在內數百家外資企業遭到暴民攻擊一事，要求警方保障所有外資人員及財產安全，呼籲人民不要跟從非法暴力活動，但這份在網上公佈的文件又辯稱，民眾針對中國在南海安裝非法鑽井平台的抗議是正當合法的行動。
中國外交部已緊急約見越南駐中國大使提出嚴正交涉，並要求越南政府嚴懲造事者及賠償損失。

中越邊境是否戰雲密佈？中越一旦開戰，雙方實力如何，備受外界關注。目前，解放軍戰備分級為四級，最低級為平時戰備，隨着局勢趨於緊張而升至三級、二級，直至戰爭前夕的一級戰備。1999年李登輝發表兩國論後，駐福建部隊進入三級戰備，2003年台灣公投前進入二級戰備，2001年中美戰機南海相撞後，曾進入一級戰備。昨晚，《解放軍報》記者引述權威部門消息稱，有關中越邊境部隊進入三級戰備的報道為虛假消息。
