Many thanks to our ex-CEO and current CEO and CFO (Icon8888, dalpinia, lexus002). You finally announce the 1 to 2 share split and free warrants with exercise price of just RM1.00 !! It is a big good news to shareholders. Let’s do the maths. I always treat the warrants like a “special dividend”. The question is how much “special dividend” based on the mid-day closing price of RM2.75 ? We need to calculate the ex price after the split and warrant which comes to RM1.30. ((RM2.75*2))+1/5). Given the exercise warrant price of RM1.00. The “special dividend” will be RM0.30. YES….I can expect the share to JUMP another 30sens to RM3.05 ! BUY before too late !!

On another note. Let’s do some simple FA. Given the strengthening of USD to RM3.90 from RM3.30, and based on 2nd quarter EPS growth of 72% (2nd Q 2015 = 4.14 sen; 2nd Q 2014 = 2.40 sen). We expect it could be double from previous EPS. So, the expected EPS this year would be 39.7 sen ! Based on PE of merely 10x, the share price could boost to RM3.97 !! It is still very undervalued.

All theory (including CEO’s conspiracy theory) hold true now…..price should be in RM3.05 to RM3.97 !!

Next QR will confirm the date of the ecercise plus the another aurprise good news on great EPS plus div.....triple happiness news on early Sept......so price will run up by Monday till Sept for at least 30-50% based on the Homeriz, Heavea & Liihen record......cheers!!!

I am wondering, what will be the theoretical ex price for Pohuat? lets say it is RM 3.00 on the day before ex, will the price become RM 1.50 or RM 1.40? Kindly advise, Icon8888

如除权日前母股价位是rm3.00,那么拆后为rm1.50,warrant的行使价为rm1.00 ,因此warrant上市最低有rm0.50 ,但想信可以在rm0.70-0.80之间.而现在起至第四季,大家的进入股价升到rm3.40也不出奇,因为公司前景依然亮丽,并有不错的股息与资产重估的价值.

射手座 网友的分享--(谢谢他的功课)
看到有Liihen,Latitude 和Homeriz, 但是没人分享堡发（Poh Huat 7088），射手座也来凑热闹一下.







看最新的季报，堡发的运作是在健康水平，营运没问题。
现金处于正数，有形资产也到了顶点，二送一红股没问题。
流动比率是1.15，EPS 4.42还是可以，看回四季报，Q2是四季最静的一季。。


在Q2， CAPEX = 8百万，所以净现金部位也减少了，但是每股还有8.5分。
DIV 的每年增加，未来提高股息派发可期。



最值钱的是，堡发和LATITUDE一样，投资越南，在越南有19.15公顷（47.32英亩）的土地加厂房，2002年买进，是五十年leasehold land,现在肯定不止马币三千万。
在麻坡方面，堡发拥有13.38公顷（33英亩）的土地和厂房，2014年和KINI SUPERSTORE联合买了地8.055英亩，堡发成本是马币8.43M。
，这些都是可以被价值重估，所以说，NTA 1.77是被低估的，看看隔壁家LIIHEN 利兴（7089）就知道一二，利兴资产重估的价值是每股58.3分。
