Basically...now the export compaies...without any additional efforts will hugely gain from weak MYR...but take note...it will not sustainable...cost local vendor will progressively increase their material price to offset the loss of weak MYR...i guess end of DEC...they will only benefit slighly only

How come they announce this so fast ? they what to buy more share ? look like they are going to announce the 3rd quarter results within 30 days from now, which is before 4/9. (normally they will announce the result at end of sept). Why so fast now ? must be another set of good news with more dividend. We must thanks the new CEO lexus002. Can dalpinia and Icon8888 confirmed your resignation, and you have appoint lexus002. we small fly need lead. don't leave us alone.

If you search for it, you will find that such announcements are quite standard with Pohuat. There were a few the past few years but if you study announcements of changes in directors or substantial shareholder's shareholdings following "announcements of intention to deal", you will find nothing material. If anything we can take away from this is the likelihood that the 3rd quarter report may come out early (like last year) circa 10 September and not end September. I think that is good news.
