It is normal, after 2 days up so much, some profit taking is normal. As I already mentioned yesterday, up and down a bit is very normal. If you can't be patient, you can't earn big money. I'll be even more worried if the price never slow down or come down a bit.

I stand corrected......combine both technical and fundamental plus sentiment and corporate excercise ....quite difficult to predict Poh Huat....Fair value is around 1.60.......

Hi guys,I'm new here,just a bit confusing, i thought tomorrow the warrant will be listed? But now not yet, but tomorrow can get the split shares right? That's why BullRunComing said the mother share may go down right? But the warrant will be listed when then? And the price of the warrant?

Yes,tomorrow the share split will be credited into your account.the warrant will be listed 2 days after the share split is completed.

美國10月建商信心攀10年高峰

（美國‧華盛頓20日訊）美國建商信心指數10月攀升至10年高點，顯示房市需求在未來數月內將持續強勁。



全國住宅營建協會（NAHB）和富國銀行編纂的房屋建商信心指數10月升到64，高於9月經下修後的61，且是2005年10月以來最高。指數高於50代表看好房市的受訪者較多。

勞動市場今年來已增加180萬名受雇勞工，抵押貸款利率也仍處於歷史低點，提高大眾購屋的可能性。較高的建商信心水準也可能催生更多建案，有助於緩解成屋和不動產短缺進而推升房價的問題。

美國四大地區有三個地區建商的信心增強，西部地區建商的信心改善幅度最大，信心升抵76，改寫10年來最高紀錄，原本是65，但中西部地區的建商信心降至59，原本是61。

10月建商的當前獨棟住宅銷售指標升至70，高於前月的67，六個月銷售展望指標也攀抵75，寫下2005年8月來最高水準。買家看房指數則維持在47。

NAHB首席經濟學家克洛伊說，上行動能凸顯房地產業逐步成長，就業市場升溫，加上經濟加速成長，預期房市將持續成長。（星洲日報／財經）

Based on the latest Homeriz-WA, which is trading at 22% range, we can expect PH-W to trade at 20% to 30% range too. So, we expect the warrants price to trade at 72~78 sen range, on assumption of mother share to trade at RM1.60. BUY if trade anything below 20% premium range.

Warrants is expected to quote sometime next week. Normally it is 1 week after the split share. Maybe 28/10.....

If reference price is 60. The first listing date could trade up to 78 cent. It happened on many newly issued warrant. I believe will soon go beyond 80 cent but I won't buy above 80 cent for sure.
