One of the companies Dato Ngu killed was PICA. I think he was jailed for one day only instead of life imprisonment. These guys are worse off that Datuk Najib because they wear sheep clothing when it is wolf inside, perfect white collar crime.

Any company which sheds more than 50% value in a couple of months, usually turn out to be pariah stock like BSLCorp, dataprep, yong tahi, etc etc. I don't see why tawin loss so much unless foul play involved. They got POSCO orders, most big car maker wire supplies, yet loss and loss. Definitely Rapco Lau characters inside. If Tawin does not recover, I know how to get the authorities to check on them.

Quite likely warrant would go to 0.005.. no hope... as from past records seems like private placements was made for the survival of the company .... (note : without prejudice).
