Today extremely good positive show, from. 006 upto 007. Next week 008, following week 009.Hope u guys accumulate Kawkaw as December to January, factory is starting full swing. EU also banned 2035 no more diesel/Gas vehicles tat means only battery, and battery needs copper.
Now the queue also like krazy.

It is not the battery that uses the copper wire

EV battery of high voltage.. and the temperature of the wires fluctuate a lot between accelerating... braking.. idling.. normal copper wires will burn in no time

hi, from my 20 june posting fyi
.....below is a quick note on Irradiation-Cross-Linking processes to be done at Ta Win Factory in Alor Gajah:

The processes are meant to strengthen the insulations of the copper wire, although the note says "cross-linking the wire" which makes it sounds like cross-linking copper which makes no sense, as far as i know.

Copper melts at ~1100 C, while plastics only a couple of hundred C, so I think this must be the reason why the irradiation is necessary. Happy to hear from others on this.

In EV isn't copper wire mainly use in the stator of motor?

Wire used to connect battery to motor should not be that long.. wire used to connect motor to power windows etc even shorter

irradiation cross-linking process uses a stream
