This stock is classify under bundle subscription.

For EXISTING holder purchase before ex date, entitle for multiple of 3 OR (in a single bundle of 3 Right Issue share, 6 RCPS & 2 free warrant) per unit share hand.

Eg: based on 1K units, entitle for 3R @ 10sen [ RM 300 ], 6RCPS @ 0.25 [ RM 150 ] and 2 Free Wa. Then need to top up with a bank draft to subscribe your rights entitlement amounting to RM 450 before ex-payment date.
[ Note: WITHOUT dispose your OR shares ]

For NEW purchaser of OR, imo the calculation derive as follows based on 1K units share purchase for simple calculation:-

Purchase OR cost say, at 10 sen = RM 100
and have to purchase bank draft amounting to RM 150 in order
to eligible for your 1R @ 10 sen [ RM 100 ], 2RCPS @ 0.025 [ RM 50 ] and free 2/3 Wa.

Should refer to your broker dealer/ remiser or underwriting security firm for further clarification/ information.
