Thomas Pang there is this possibility. But they will achieve minimum required as the boss has committed to compulsory subscription of dunno how many %. Its in the announcement details few months back.

If you have cash and you subscribe technically your chances of increasing your share ia higher cause you are right, it may not achieve full conversion.

Thank you few of you here who always give such great information about TAWIN. I was really worry about RI because a lot of RI went down and side way for few years. Because too many shares in the market and EPS get diluted. I really hope the boss is ain’t joking about their prospect for TAWIN. In such situation where we can’t goreng stock, I have been looking for a potential long term stock

Eldon, hopefully. Again it's hard to predict so have to stay calm. Only question here is will there be buyer who are desperate to get the RI on ex-Date? That will be the play. Else there's no motivation for the price. Can't wait for Q1 result lar Dato Sri need to buckle up liao since he's also heavily invested in Tawin.

Assuming closing on 4th May 0.42
0.42 + 0.18(3 unit 0.06)/4 unit=0.15
On 5th May trading price adjust to 0.15
