All holder of Tawin at end of today, 5pm will be entitled to RI. You will see your tradeable RI by 7 May. For subscription you will receive prospectus in the next one week once your name are in the register. Tomorrow Tawin price will be adjusted so dont panic and shout like crazy. If it stays at 35 cents today the adjusted price will be 35+(3x0.06) / 4 = 0.13. So tomorrow morning you will see the opening price of Tawin at 0.13. Cheers.

so that means any holder of this share by end of tomorrow will entitled for the RI, but not necessary to accept. paper will be send to us soon and if we agree to take the RI then we sign back the form, is it correct? sorry newbie in this market.

By end of today not tomorrow bro. If your name is in by 5pm today you will receive RO that you can sell from 7 May onwards if you duwan subscribe. Simple word is like a warrant. Price of RO go up or down based on mother price vs exercise price of 0.06

Ke3t I highly doubt the Rights Issue will be fully subscribed.... with the minimum amount of shares 179,355,931 will be subscribed by the directors as confirmed.... the balance of around 2.8 billion will be left to the public...... how many will subscribe is still a mystery to me.....

RO / OR I also forgot but yes will be tradeable for a period of close to more than a week. If you want to subscribe just hold on till end and pay the 0.06 exercise price per share. Else if suddenly shoot up you want to take profit also can. Work both ways.

Impossible left 2.8 billion to public la..now you check how much % that director holding now...multiple by 3 RI each ordinary shares..actually not much left for public as directors already hold big majority of issued shares..

Usually after ri the stock will consolidate for few days or weeks then climb again. Best to wait for bottom catch first. For warrant I feel that 6or 7 sen is a good price to catch

Powerplay yea bro wait slow slow for 6 cents. Key of Kingdom, only those holding warrant as of yesterday will get the compensation warrant of roughly 9 for every 10 shares. Exercise price will be adjusted to 5 cents. In another word if you buy yesterday you no rugi like some who dont understand here will say.
