If not mistaken, tawin new warrant exercise price is at 0.085 which you can find it status under your portfolio.

Newoldbird opening price of mother 0.135 while opening price of warrant is 0.085. Exercise ratio 1 to 1 wont change that is where my number came from :)

New exercise prise for warrant is 10 cents which revised from 20 cents...just called to registrar this morning..actually very simple, anything you don’t understand regarding the RI, just call the registrar..

For warrant holders, just multiply your holdings with 1.9106
For instance if you hold 10000 units, you will receive additional 9106 units, your total holdings will be 19106. You don’t have to subscribe anything. Hope this helps

@yvonne always be aware of your investments. The price didn’t drop, it didn’t show red right? Share price adjusted due to RI. Tomorrow you will receive your OR. You can either sell it before 17th May or subscribe it (pay extra to own more tawin shares at 0.135

Am I right to say, OR will be trade in discount (Let's assume @0.095)? After 18 May, the OR would not be able to be traded anymore and changed to mother share and according to mother share price?

@newoldbird if you want to subscribe, you need to do so before 26th May. Means you need to make payment latest by 25th May. If you don’t do anything, you will make loss because OR will disappear into thin air. Talk to your investment banker on how to subscribe, they will teach you

i not understand about that 0.06/unit , i need to topup 10000 x 3 x RM0.06 to entitle the x3 units or else will burnt ? or i will get x 3 unit for mother automatically without topup or pay anything ?

Tmrw you will receive OR already. If you don’t want to top up, you can sell your OR. If you own 1000 units of mother, you will receive 3000 units of OR.
