Eldon copper price high dont impact ta win lar. They are copper wire producer moving into more downstream business to leverage om higher margin coming from it. Previously tawin are merely a supplier to their taiwanese boss but now with new management (few years old team) they're moving into more profitable business lar. Waiting for their Q1 result to see where they stand then.

I still like Tawin fundamentally, but technically, my software gave me a short term sell signal 2 weeks ago and long term sell signal last week. I just share what I know. Also, it gapped down 3 consecutive days. It does not look good. To be prudent, I still think it is a better idea for us to sell now and buy back later. Sell high and buy low.

(April 26): Copper climbed to the highest in almost a decade, as the global recovery from the pandemic extended a rally in metals markets.
Aluminum is surging and iron ore jumped to a fresh high, as commodities
advance toward the highs of the last super cycle. Metals are benefiting as the world’s largest economies announce programs to build back greener from the coronavirus shock.
The US recovery is accelerating and President Joe Biden’s US$2.25 trillion infrastructure plan will highlight sectors like electric cars, driving further gains in commodities critical to the green-energy transition. “The super part of the copper super cycle is happening right now,” Max Layton, managing director for commodities research at Citigroup Global Markets, said by phone. “The bullish outlook is decarbonization-led,
and I’m totally onboard with that for the next three to four years, but the super part of this cycle is actually more related to the
scale of global stimulus.”

Copper — a bellwether for the global economy — rose as much as 2.1% to
US$9,750 a ton in London, the highest since 2011. The metal has gained 25% on the London Metal Exchange this year.

Iron ore in Singapore jumped to the highest since contracts launched in 2013, while Chinese steel futures reached fresh highs

Most of you guys don't understand how right issue works. It will naturally dilute the price of the share and market will adjust accordingly. So if you want to invest in Tawin long term, best time to ep is after ri adjustments on 10 May. Let the price adjust and then after that you will get bottom catch. I plan to ep post ri date.

　　一、 事件

　　4月27日沪铜大幅上涨，主力合约2106日涨幅3.01%报72480，创十年新高，LME铜价离1万点近在咫尺。

　　二、 点评

　　本轮铜价的突破性上涨最早可追溯至4月中旬，彼时美联储持续淡化通胀风险，市场逐步相信美联储货币政策将保持宽松的决心，再加上美债拍卖需求强劲施压美债收益率，美元指数大幅下跌，前期施压铜价的宏观压力得到明显缓解，伦铜与沪铜在中旬已经突破3月初回调以来形成的震荡区间，但由于上周美联储主席鲍威尔称不会允许通胀大幅高于目标，这一表态与之前容忍通胀的论调有所背离，令美元止跌，铜价反弹的趋势在上周下半周暂缓，而进入本周，美联储将迎来议息决议，虽美国近期经济数据表现强劲，但由于海外疫情形势恶化，疫情不确定性增加，市场押注美联储政策延续宽松前景，同时欧洲疫情形势出现缓和迹象，周六欧盟表示7月底前能为7成欧洲成年人接种新冠疫苗，加大了市场对欧盟控制疫情、开放经济的预期，美元指数在本周一再探3月以来新低，因此可以看出本周一铜价的大幅反弹有很强的宏观面因素支撑。

　　除宏观面因素之外，本周一由智利港口工会召集的罢工开始，多个工会也已经提出进行总罢工活动，该联盟要求无条件提取养老基金；为工人提供“完整的一揽子援助”；工人还要求在与大流行有关的工作中提高卫生人员的工资；同时智利因疫情形势恶化延长边境封锁30天，消息面刺激市场对智利铜矿供应生产担忧，但实际影响有限，2020年智利边境封锁并未影响该国铜矿产量，而且罢工方面目前尚无铜出货中断报道，至少两个重要的矿业工会尚未加入罢工。考虑当前智利疫情形势、国家经济状况以及国际铜价，智利铜矿罢工的风险预计难持续升温，事件对铜价的冲击有限。

　　基本面方面，国内现货市场需求疲软，节前备货意愿被飙涨铜价打断，现货转向买方，周二SMM现货贴水扩大至235元/吨，2105-2016合约正向价差扩大至210，国内消费疲弱，旺季不旺特征明显。海外消费好转，现货升水涨至20美元/吨，而且美国和欧盟制造业PMI强劲，需求复苏预期不断增强，基本面内弱外强，短期对铜价的指引有限。但考虑到全球碳中和渐成主流，铜在从电线到汽车等所有领域的不可或缺的作用，促使大家依旧看涨未来铜需求，因此基本面现实骨感和美好预期的影响下，也难言基本面拖累铜价。

　　对于后市，智利罢工的风险预计逐步回落，基本面的故事基本都在预期范围内，指引铜价的力量在于宏观面和资金参与热情，美元已将3月涨幅全线收回，美债收益率也出现企稳，在美国经济好转以及美疫苗接种快接近群体免疫水平，本次美联储议息会议声明虽会保持宽松基调，但超预期鸽派声音应该会很少，预计美元将在低位震荡，在弱美元、全球经济复苏以及通胀逻辑的宏观背景下，铜价受宏观面支撑强劲；同时资金博弈热情较高，沪铜持仓再创本年新高，行情仍未走完，铜价易涨难跌。
