i) Posco's contract will begin from 1/1/2022 and last for 3 years.
ii) Aptiv will also start contributing from 1/4/2022 upon completion of EBI Cross Link plant if no further delay.
iii) 2 years profit guarantee of RM20 mil from Royce Pharma from 1/7/2021
iv) 2 years profit guarantee of RM2.6mil & RM3mil from Sin Line Tek from 1/1/2022
