Last yr end, Perdana issued 2 Preference shares for 1 ordinary shares at 32.5 sen, convertible to ordinary shares 1 for 1. All Preference shares have been converted to ordinary shares todate. Proceeds of fund raising and internally generated funds gave been used to reduce loans by 80%. interest incurred was RM55.2 million 2019. interest savings would be about 44 million in 2020. 2019 loss was less than 23 million. what conclusion can you draw?

conclusion option is operation will be loss and other income will rise, operation most likely not profitable based other osv player qtr performance,

but if you can hold at this price >1 year from now, i really believe can earn >50% with condition osv market improve

remember majority shareholders who paid 32.5 sen for Preference shares and which have converted 1 for 1 into ordinary shares have not sold a single share.

Dun worry, just hold longer, u sure will get earn. Now swift to other counter like technilogy, tesla, plantation , mask and glove counter, dun put all in one basket... Sure u will gain.. U must have different acvount to play with, and troop of ppls to share gain with... Thumb of rule of pak tua..ahhaha...

Patience is a virtue and I learned it the hard way in the stock market bought the right counter many times previously but because impatient I sold it and CL however a few weeks after that those counters fly..so lesson learnt patience is a must when dealing with stocks.

if report out earlier with loss when oil below 40, price will be down but rpt postponed end month

oil now at 40usd, will climb to usd45 in month time, so sentiment is +ve on oil counter

Brent get highrt , but it stay the same, but petrol evrty week increase...operator cannot gain if they not press the price...so learn to follow operator..haha...keep more cash, wait it low enuf to entet the same price with them..
