I buy this counter because i hope dayang can take Over this company with highest price . Tabung haji also One of the major shareholders ,and the price They hold the share is About 1.80, so i guess Dayang need to offer more than 1.80 to take Over the Perdana ....

Have no time to go into detail yet, but as at 09/07/2010 Tabung haji has already own 9% of Perdana and that was before the rights and free warrant which was issued at 59 cents at ratio of 8:3 + free warrant. So i think TH costs should be way lower. Any advise from forumer?

The One, thanks. Sold all at an average of 1.355. Time to monitor and masuk when timing is right again. Shall continue to monitor movement for coming 2 weeks. Hopefully some good news is coming to us soon.... cheers :)

Volume and Price are on a downwards trend, the previous weeks hyped about M&A seems to be on silent mode. My view is to stay sideline till it reaches RM1.15 to RM1.20

We have seen 1.3 support for the past 2 to 3 weeks, if this continues I foresee Dayang offer price might be in range of 1.5 to 1.7 once it has acquired more than 33% stake in Perdana (that is if the rumor of GO is true, as it is pure speculation for months).

Being so, I am still waiting for my entry point which is below 1.3 for now.

There is a white marubozu candle which has just squeezed out of the upper Bollinger band. Company is reporting good earnings which will contribute to its parent Dayang, another stock to keep an eye on. Dayang is expected to report a set of good figures on March 21.All other indicators are looking good for Perdana. There should be many more good buying days. PS: just learning to read and analyse charts.
