Downgrade to SELL, TP: RM1.56.

Following our earnings revision, our TP on Top Glove is subsequently lowered to RM1.56, representing a PE multiple of 17.3x (at mean of its 5-year pre-pandemic average) on its CY22f EPS of 9.0 sen.

With that, we downgrade our rating on Top Glove to SELL.

Upside risks to our TP and rating includes (i) surge in Omicron cases triggering a spike in glove volumes, (ii) sharp decline in raw material prices, and (iii) substantial depreciation of the Ringgit against USD.

and they borrow Heavily to expand far, far more rapidly than Top, Harta and Super Combined.
Huge finance cost drag- down their Profit margin....I think China Glove will be in RED for atleast

Glove Manufacturing in China enjoys Low financing Cost bcos they are listed as "protected

From the observations, yesterday after QR until now, the ppl who’re selling most properly are from the IBs!!! Most retailers still watching and hoping!!! Coz still no panic selling yet!!! i really feel sorry for those that kept on averaging down from the peak. i was banned from tg telegram group for telling people not to average down. i wonder what is the situation there, still gila or not. i remember some arguements which doesnt make any sense:

1. RM2billion profit but price so low, it will go up
2. Better than FD
3. TG will become the top500 companies in the world
4. world need more glove, even vaccine time need glove... got meh?
5. TG got FDA approval, new commer cannot get FDA approval so fast... mahsing already got theirs last month.
6. RSS throw price... but price has been falling since august/september 2020, that time dont have RSS also, why drop?
7. Got new virus

Those that predicted the profit will drop already won and was right.
