45 cents is the Exercise price. If Mother price 60 cents. Meaning free Warrant should be more than 15 cents.
If you buy now you will get 1 for 2 free warrant. Warrant should open more than 20 cents.
If mother share up, warrant will follow.

There will be no adjustments to mother share price even after Ex date. So don't sell your mother share. The higher the mother share price, the higher the warrant price when open.

SKB was adjusted when it was ex for warrant bonus in Dec 2021. So no more adjustment to mother share during warrant Ex date. So now it depend on market forces.

I think Quah is correct. Some company adjust but SKBSHUT don't based on my understanding.
Please check with your remisier or broker.

There should be no adjustments to mother share after Ex date as per Bursa announcement. If mother share goes higher, warrant open higher.

Why selling at a loss by pushing down to 50 cents ?
Top 30 share holder holding more than 92% of the share. If the remaining shareholders could coorperate hold and don't sell. Then mother share and warrants could open higher.
