• The group has reportedly participated in the Large-Scale Solar 4 (LSS4) tender, the outcome of which is expected to be announced in the near-term. In addition, the group has continued to expand its healthcare segment via c.RM72m worth of contracts for the supply of Covid-19 related products in the Indonesian market.

Actually LSS4 winning contract value isnt substantial but rather a good addition to the existing secured orderbook. Personally I think the the immediate tp should be around rm2.70. However if you notice, Kpower has been consistently securing new contract every month or at least alternate months. No reason to swing trade on this competitive company. Definitely on track to be 5b marketcap company in the coming 4 years. Cheers

Agreed with gchenh93. The margin is quite low for lss4 looking at the bid prices submitted. In fact the price per kWh has been going downtrend since lss1.. Unless the company can find cheap lands and solar panelsto increase its margin, the return from lss4 isn't that attractive. But overall a good addition to its orderbook.

This LSS4 solar isn’t just about a one off gain in term of its order book but also a constant income for the company for 20 years of the PPA starting the plant commissioning in 2022/2023. KPower is definitely a company with substantial growth opportunities which will only make its share price to make another high after high.

Mkt cap= mkt price x no. of shares. No. of shares can be increased in several ways. If number of shares is increased thro PP, merger and acquisition, it will not benefit existing shareholders. Hopefully, Karim plays fair game!
