Yes, u are right. Private placement use to purchase debt will dilute eps, but use to enhance capital base to complete more projects will bring higher profit and EPS to the shareholders

right issue, we retailers get to buy..pp we dont get to buy..but both will dilute the shares depending on the issue price..
