Will start to collect now till warrants’ limit up and potential price freeze are over. Mother shares are sold down to enable more purchases of warrants now. Warrants won’t have dilutive effect....as long as it’s at a premium. This warrant is still 5 years away from expiry, any talk of dilution from warrants is a real joke. For LU 2x (limit up) , at 30% premium on warrant , Kpower need to start at 2.40. But if 50% premium, kpower just need to stay at 2.15.
