Monday 30 sept 2013 is the QTR closing for all the portfolio mgrs. Guess what should they be doing? push up or down?This US politics between the republican and Democrats,you think they going to allow the Govt to shutdown and clse shop.They done it couple of time .the last one defer the taper. Point to ponder.it it an opportunity?
