this kinda stock, at most also around 4.5-5c...just because of the name it's at this price.. unless u wanna eat bread everyday, enter this stock at 8c.. kekekeke
keep it better because the value is better than the listed price due to assets and goodwill .It is only an issue of cashflow and operational loss. Its a very viable business that can be turn around easily but unfortunately the major shareholders chose to ignore the incompetency of the iresponsible chairman Mr Gan and his team. Can you imagine, bread being a stable food and yet the chairman and his team could not revive it.The company went into PN17 not because of lack of business and market share, its already a very established bread making factory with all logistics in place. It was only misappropriation of funds and breach of trust from the previous management Had it been another competent management team and chairman, this company would have recovered long time ago.Its basic business logic!
it is silly to sell your share cheaply to get back peanuts compare to being a shareholder of a business that is very viable and lots of potential to grow. Its only badly managed.
all minorirty shareholders should hold and queried the management team when its delisted afterall you are getting nothing back if you sell.If you don't sell you still can satisfy yourself with answers!!!!!
who is buying? must be inside of course because they can get rid of all minority shareholders with peanuts and then raid the company.Don't get trick into selling,it could be intentional to slip into this situation.
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has rejected High-5 Conglomerate Berhad's ("the Company") proposed regularisation plan.
In the circumstances and pursuant to paragraph 8.04(5) of the Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements:-

These shareholders can contact any Participating Organisation of Bursa Securities and/or Bursa Securities’ General Line at 03-2034 7000 for further information on the withdrawal procedures.
Upon the de-listing of the Company, the Company will continue to exist but as an unlisted entity. The Company is still able to continue its operations and business and proceed with its corporate restructuring and its shareholders can still be rewarded by the Company’s performance. However, the shareholders will be holding shares which are no longer quoted and traded on Bursa Securities.
