Why Oka price dropped past 3 days.

Oka was only 35 cents when Calvin Tan bought A Big Chunk of it. Now at RM2.26 (before split) it ia already up 645% in 6 years. Up a Fantastic 100% Yearly For 6 to 7 Years!

So OKA Is Now Overvalued.

Oka drain pipes are widely used in Housing & Highway Construction. And there is a slow down in Property sales lately. So going forward the need for drain pipes will dwindle - and OKA will then weaken in price. The answer is so simple. Just sell before it goes lower.

Sell then Buy What?

Join Calvin & buy BJ Corp

BJ CORP Is A Big Bargain Like Calvin buying Oka at 35 cents when Calvin saw ETP boom then.

Now Calvin sees Big Things Will Happen Ahead of BJ Corp!

There are still many highways and mega projects going forward should augur well for OKA amid the softening property market. Despite the great challenges ahead OKA should be able to weather the uncertainty and emerge stronger. The GDP is still above 5%. Unduly worried is the main weakness .

tell you one secret, I am in charge of collecting rent from over 20 tenants in Iskandar. One tenant happened to be a BN campaigner during election. He said that he is unable to even pay few hundred ringgit rental because BN delayed his salary. Najib ran into big problem due to disappearance of mh170.

So there is no money in BN. That's why they raised Ron95 petrol by 20 cents. Most probably highway and mega projects will be postponed. better don't be too hopeful depending on Govt projects alone.
