OKA proposed to acquire new land to construct a new factory in Senai.
About RM26 per sqft. Is cheap to buy especially in the southern region.
But look back the Annual Report list of properties, OKA hold quite a lot of vacant lands on hand. Any strategies or future directions they are moving to?

Thank you for your reply. May I present my very crude analysis compared with some experts here? indeed. that's what I'm worried about too. However, the company seems to have good managers who are able to produce good results every quarter. Looking at the past history of the share prices, the prices tend to reflect the earnings of the company too. So, considering the mega projects promised by the government, do you think that's gonna benefit this company?

hey jon, I realize I have quite a number of interested stock that is similar with you lol. Just wonder what there going to do with the ESOS that granted in 2018 . With the high exercise price1.52, This ESOS are junk at the current price. Need to beware that the management trying to find a way to make this ESOS profitable again for them. It has been the history that this company give out a lot of ESOS for the management.
