Share price drop from 1.90 last year until now 1.00 ?
I am not sure how the boss feel since they are the largest shareholder with more than 52 % of shares ?
Their assets and paper loss almost half.

Current share price RM1.01 much lower than NTA RM1.15.

Cash and cash equivalents = RM54,523,000.00

Even if company go Private, the price should be a lot higher than current share price.

i see majority of construction in penang using OKA sign pipe and drain . penang still needed more contruction for reducing flood when heavy raining. i think is ok kut.

Actually the entire construction in their low tide now, few mega projects stopped by PH, what makes you all think that directors can push up the price?

OKA has wide range of precast products. Temporary/permanent drainage, relocation of sewerage or water pipes, bridge T-beam and U-beam, precast piles, ready mixed concrete for cast insitu piling/pilecap/pier, all these widely used in those mega projects. All your TNB cable, water pipe, time fiber, TM, IWK are going underground roughly 1-2meters below, sooner or later this level will be congested with these utilities. Then these have to go even deeper and there is where their large diameter pipe need to be used.

Do not expect huge or fast return if you invest in this counter, this counter will come back when construction industry is back on track, easily 3-4 years. This is my POV from construction industry but not finance/economy.

SHQuah, if you are OKA boss, what's reason you want push up the share price with pocket money? The boss has the finance number in hand, they can estimate the next QR and may be current share price still too high for them make profit.
