Unless otherwise defined, the terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 4 September 2020 in relation to the Writ and Statement of Claim. We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 4 September 2020, 1 October 2020, 2 November 2020 and 1 December 2020.



The Board of Directors of Ageson wishes to inform that the Company and RHB had reached a consensus in principle on the loan settlement proposal and the Company had on 4 January 2021, made the first and part payment of the outstanding sum owing to RHB (“Outstanding Sum”).



The Company and RHB has agreed that the litigation process to be held in abeyance.



The announcement is dated 4 January 2021.

Ageson Bhd持有其75％股权的子公司Ageson Holdings Sdn Bhd（AHSB）已与Menteri Besar Inc（霹雳）签署了一项开发权协议，以在马来西亚约475英亩土地上开发总开发价值估计为12.4亿令吉的混合开发项目。霹雳州的巴塘巴东区。该开发项目将包括一个地区卫生部门办公室，一个地区和土地办公室，一个区议会办公室，一个社区发展部门塔帕办公室，以及365个单元的办公室，1,038个排屋，332个半独立式住宅，独立式住宅191户，工业用地33户。该项目预计将于今年第一季度开始，并在15年内完成。

- 另外，它宣布将偿还欠RHB Bank Bhd的部分未偿款项。Ageson没有透露涉及的款项。兴业银行已向该集团提起诉讼，要求获得3千300万令吉的定期贷款。
