The top Pharma's in Msia will still be a beneficiary in the Covid-19 vaccine scene. Medical/ Pharmaceutical companies are not like your typical ah-ma, ah-pa company where you can open overnight. Strictly regulated and high barriers to entry.

Agung meet DSAI doesn't signify anything substantial. Just listen between the lines { Agung has the discretion} either to dissolve or maintain the status quo till the next Parliament meeting in November { 2-15 } Unless the speaker have a special Parliament sitting {eg motion of no confidence vote}
