Lowest I collected was 0.95 last year, it went down to 0.92 but never reached 0.90 which I hoped to get. If dropping, I q 0.90, 0.85, 0.8 and 0.75....I leave 0.70 to you. Haha ha...

Breaking news: The research house said Kossan will still pay out dividends for profit-making financial years, adhering to its dividend policy of 30%.

“Kossan’s expansion plans will also be put on the back burner, as the low utilisation rate of about 50% is sufficient to cater for existing orders.

“Its cash pile accumulated during the upcycle will be crucial to help Kossan weather through the downcycle,” said HLIB Research.

The research firm maintained its “hold” call on Kossan with a lower target price of RM1, valued on a price-to-book multiple of 0.66 times.

“Despite the headwinds, we maintain our ‘hold’ rating on Kossan as we believe its strong cash position will help the group to better navigate the downturn,” it said.

While Kossan is net cash 78 sen per share when can it settle debts of 70.875 million? No debts no fear how high world interest rate not true? Clear debts then if interest rate rise it gains more.

Expect share price to drop after ex-date for dividend entitlement.
Expect share to rise on good earnings report for Q123 (hopefully) due to lower natural gas price and increase order on lower ship freight rate.

Just make a quick calculation.
From 2006 - 2019, Total net profit after tax = Rm1.82 billion. Of course some money is spent on capex, expansion and dividends. And price just gone up from Rm0.15 to Rm2.15 from 2006 to 2019.

And here we are TODAY with Rm2 billion in cash, the share price is ranging around Rm1.
We have THIRTEEN (13) YEARS of FREE CASH IN HAND!!!! Think about it.
