Sell Caely at RM0.46. Not much activities and innovation in the company. I expect shares to plunge back to around RM0.26 before 2nd week December. No strong indicators about this company

today closed at $0.435. If it is down to $0.42, it would definitely triggered rebound to $0.45 - $0.47, the previous resistance level. My action line is $0.43 & will buy some more to leverage.

Kampung tersusun at Pasir Salak for Felcra, isn't ?construction cost per unit only RM 126k, that is affordable housing project. Close one eye, confirm single storey building terrace....copy paste existing design , kau tim....no need structural design also.....typical chinaman contractor can construct it.....
cannot be condo at 126k per unit at Gombak.....else already taken for ride already
if they are serious in diversifying, single storey terrace is the most basic construction . I"ll say they are starting at correct starting point. Single storey kacang putih.... But I'm not interested coz the profit margin figure might not look so good, affordable housing construction , can forget about good profit margin
