I have not comment much on this counter, but I did entered since 2014 at 0.48 and sold all the warrants at 0.355 to buy mother shares. Currently holding price at 0.609.

This is the power of long term investment and now I don't even care of short term dropping or whatever calls as dropping knife as I've already got the buffered price.

However, I will continue the accumulation whenever I see the bottom resistance and I targeted the share price could go up to 1.40 by end of 2015.

2 over years to expiry n yet trading @discount ? where got such big fat mama chicken one? warrants are like fortune tellers...they give insights to the future....when something like this happens and doesn't make sense the best is to only watch the free show.

Next year the exercise price of warrant will adjust to 0.65 till maturity.
I reckon this is the reason warrant trading at discount premium.

Mr.Gan is skpres's boss ^^ i think disposal via direct deal refer to 1 person or institution ^^ its a normal case a director aquire or dispose share

完成收購德力集團（TECNIC，9741，主板工業產品組）的星光資源（SKPRES，7155，主板工業產品組），自成功從大客戶Dyson公司手中奪下無線吸塵器合約後，市值於上週突破10億令吉大關。

雖股價上週四上探1令吉零1仙，一些股東可能開始思考是否該趁機套利，畢竟股價已從1年前的37.5仙翻漲約兩倍。

對此，星光資源執行董事顏寶山持有不同意見：“若你問我，我們的旅程才剛開始，收購德力集團的計劃才剛完成，這對我們而言是全新的開始，真正的成長才剛開端。”

顏寶山表示，當公司市值較低時，許多人不會多看一眼；但今天，公司市值已突破10億令吉，這有助公司吸引更多投資者。

顏寶山還透露，星光資源放眼在2017財政年錄取16億令吉的營業額。

“在我們達成目標時，德力集團料可貢獻約3億5千萬令吉營業額，Dyson則預計貢獻8億至8億8千萬令吉，剩餘營業額則來自其他客戶及生意。”

另外，顏寶山表示公司將從10月起替Dyson生產新吸塵器，並預料有關為期5年的新合約，淨賺幅料為8%，並可替2016財政年作出半年的貢獻，或約2億令吉營業額，並在2017年作出4億令吉的營業額貢獻

significant distribution happened 2 days ago. It will be in consolidation mode but uptrend is still intact technical wise and fundamental. Can buy at lower price range for higher Reward to Risk.

well, i see trend is when rise 2-3 sen, big sharks throw their stocks in volume pushing price back down a little, but gradually it is rising lah, so short term really hard to see money grow a lot. You keep long term can see about 10% increase maybe in every 3-4 weeks as long as positive news keeps coming. Long term I see this share will be at 3-6 ringgit value because of client order stability and low oil prices . Just my 2 sen, Im kind of new to this too.
