Warrant is now trading at very high premium of 57%. Theoretically you can get mother price at cheaper price from market, so it doesn't make sense to buy warrant and exercise it. However, if you intend grab a trading opportunities with warrants, i have not much idea on this as i can't and not good in predicting the price movement. All i know is, it has a long maturity days and high leverage, if you have holding power, it might be good as well. just my half cent.
Mikayla, yes, provided that you know what you are doing. Have some understand on SKPR this company, determine your risk and reward, and the final decision is yours. Happy trading. Cheers
As per TA, "all these series of disposal transactions made by the Gan family as means to re-align the share price to the group’s profitability and not exit strategies, before resorting to the privatization option. In our view, the disposal is part of the plan to improve the share free float after the company issuing bonus shares (1:2 bonus issue) and free warrants (1:5 warrant issue) to shareholders in June-12. This will enhance the tradability of SKP shares and remove the liquidity discount attached to the share.

No way it'll get below 0.28. big differences in terms of revenue, eps, cash in hand, shareholdings (lth),contracts with clients and so on between year 2011 and 2012.

Posted by kcchongnz > Dec 27, 2012 12:59 PM | Report Abuse X Buying by insiders indicates the share is likely undervalued. Selling by insiders may not necessary mean it must be a bad thing, because they sell for all kind of reasons; sell for profit, need some money to spend, help a child to buy a house, too much stake just reduce some, to old already want to exit business as nobody can take over, plus may be the share is over-priced already etc. Which reason you think he sell the shares for?

After buying at 34 cents, this share keeps on dropping.!! I based my purchase on i3 target price and 5 star call with more than 50% returns!! BTW, isnt it this share gives good dividends ?
so, guess have to average down when it goes below 30 cents.
