Pathew most likely shah hakim converted his 21.5million WA. The qty WA converted was 19.9million. Very close to shah hakim portion.

@james, i thought if it's a conversion by a major stakeholder, their names will be revealed? Or he (Shah) transferred the WA shares to a proxy and converted it that's why it remained under the radar?

Warrant suspension 29.11.12. Warrant holders have 2 weeks grace for conversion before 14.12.12 expiry. Based on lower than RM0.40 mother share price unlikely uncles aunties would convert. Mostly conversion by insiders.

if Shah converts at 40sen + cost of WA (0.5 sen), he's paying 40.5sen per share

at current price of 36.5, it's a 10% premium! I don't see why the price will still stay as it is for long :)
