Those looked at EPS, of course they will sell... But, the lower EPS was expected due to the deferment order... The LoT business was proven to earn and net profit margin is very high(~50%)...

The decrease in revenue by RM2.3 million in the current quarter to RM10.7 million as compared to the preceding quarter was mainly due to the deferment of sales orders from customers to first quarter of year 2016.

Smart Control Solution System
For the current quarter under review, this segment achieved total revenue of RM2.9 million with the profit before tax of RM2.2 million.

Deferment order to next quarter is not a big concern as it is not cancellation. Penta chairman did mention this in news few weeks back. The important reality is penta did manage wonderfully the new busnisness Smart home control into profit after just go into this field.

Don't panic. Deferment order (85% delivery of smart device equipment)had been mentioned by Chairman Mr Chuah in 8 FEB 2016 news. this news is open to public and not a big deal. Due to the accumulated backlog order, the 1st quarter 2016 will see double digit growth compare to last year corresponding quarter and also a growth over last year 4 quarter.

Be patient to at least hold until 1st quarter 2016. As per 8 FEb, penta is holding 45 million order for 1 H 2016

Oommgg u are right. It will have good result or earning on first half year 2016 for penta for the strong order received. And first time phase private placement share done around 0.670. Don't panic sell your holding. Invest really need patient.

So far information provided by Penta Chairman Mr Chuah on secured order and deferment order is quite tally with what returned in finance result. Seem like he is trustworthy so far. if no further deferment order happen in 1st quarter 2016, we can expect a very good result for 1st quarter 2016 as what Mr Chuah mentioned is a double digit growth compare to last year corresponding quarter and a better result over last 4 quarter result.

In manufacturing perspective if factory production capability is 1 million units. They cannot commit or take order for 2 million units. So, if defered what can they do to replace the space in short time.

Mr. Seanteoh normally if company opt for growth they will not give dividend. They will use it to expand business by acquire new business, setup new plant and buy new machines to increase productivity. If company did not want to grow their business like DIGI they will distribute company profit to shareholders.
