As per quarter report on 30 June 2014, the company's cash and bank balances of RM30million which is RM0.33 per shares.

Other than that, the company did not have any borrowing from the bank.

Hence the company do not have any cash flow problem for the working capital for the two project.

Other than that, since 2013, the company have started to reward the shareholder with dividend payment.

Currently, the dividend yield stood at 3.67% !

As per thebusyweekly newspaper report above, the company currently (as per June 2014) have above RM130million project on sector construction, manufacturing, kitchen and lighting.

Using the latest 4 quarter of result, the company profit margin stood at between 23.8% to 30.7%. If we calculate using 20% profit margin, the future profit for construction, manufacturing, kitchen and lighting will be around RM26million.

Good share with qoq improvement, high profit margin, no debt, a lot of cash, good future development with high gdv, enter into property sector, director got 20 years experience in property development sector, cheap land for gohtong jaya and klang, low number of share, stable dividend, rm130 unbilled sales for core business with low pe9. Cannot find any reason not to invest into such undervalue share

I am buying warrants, it is not liquid, any way no worry about it, I will give suggestion to the board during AGM or open letter to members of board, ask them to issue bonus and share split, like split 1 to 2, then bonus 1 to 2 after split to make the shares and warrants more liquid.Any way last CBIP AGM in May 2014,I suggested to the members of the board to issue bonus and free warrants, and they adapted my suggestion.
