good company is for longterm. thts why never do short speculation trade. inside those speculation play you will see lots of lousy players, they dont even know how to play/speculate even. KPPROP, KERJAYA, all good for longterm. look at management, look at owner

KERJAYA集团（KERJAYA,7161,主板建筑组）日前获得BBCC发展发出的一纸总值1亿5350万令吉合约，这是该公司今年的第一项合约，一般看好后续合约将源源而来。

KERJAYA集团是透过持股49%的联号公司KERJAYA BINA BMK获得BBCC发展位于吉隆坡市中心的这项合约。

有关工程订于4月15日动工，并在30个月内完工，主要是兴建44层楼的服务公寓及停车场，并可望在未来两年贡献收入。

现有订单可提高至34亿

BBCC发展是雇员公积金局（EPF）、城市发展控股集团（UDAHoldings）和绿盛世（ECOWLD,8206,主板产业组）设立的联营公司。

肯纳格研究认为，这是该公司今年第一项利好消息，可提高现有订单总额至34亿令吉，不过由于新合约在预测之中，也已纳入12亿令吉目标中，因而该行仅维持盈利预测，保持“超越大市”

评级。

Was attracted by the steady growth of sales and net profit of this company over years hence spent some time looking at its financial data.
It turns out that total equity is increasing over the last few years, but mainly contributed by receivables and inventories. Cash on hands doesn't change much.

Below are data extracted from 2017 Q4 till 2020 Q4

did you factor in the dividend payout over the period ? The company may found their optimum cash flow at this level while those excess cash used as dividend distribution ? Just curious and might need to check in detail.
