Having gazed with lacklustre prices for some times, taking the company private may be better off for the business owner.

The ideal choice will be buying over the shares which have not already owned by the major shareholders, at the lower price. But the public would evaluate the price for surrendering their shares.

There were companies re-quoted/relisted their companies after some restructuring of the companies at the same Exchange while others relisted in another Exchange or in another country.

Should there is such a move to take KNM private, the public will be surely excited to be part of the corporate actions.

Sorry, if I am the KNM business owner, I will list it in another Exchange or even another country, even in Thailand, because most of the incomes came from overseas. Those bursa-bursa can understand.

Perhaps taking it private is necessary and could be the first step.

Merry Christmas everyone.Dont worry about KNM.Have faith in General Lee After KNM all cash cow Thailand Atenol & UK Peterborough complete. With Borsig , KNM will not be the same again.When KNM generate strong income from all the recurring income probably during that time General Lee can consider to listed one of the cash cow @ Thailand Atenol listed at Thailand stock exchange or Borsig listed at Singapore Stock exchange.Uk Peterborough at London stock exchange.I will hold tight my KNM shares & wait for the moment !
