Market is irrational.. Some stupid company with low NTA, loss making and high debt, people just continue to chase chase chase... For some company with high NTA, high cash reserve, cash value higher than market capital, no one chase...

@Dunknow - If a company is interested in reverse take over of a company, there will usually an announcement. Refer to the recent GBH or IJacobs for examples.
Samudra is ready for RTO, but no companies have decided on taking it yet as of now. In the future is a possibility.
