Quarter result comes on in a month time. This year result will be excellent. Normally when near result out, big fund will start collecting. Last time result out 27 November. Look at the chart yourself and see when it start happening and the one before 25 Aug and check again and again and you will see it's roughly this time scale. Make sense or not? Duit may have different reason but this is my own explanation. Of course need to view overall market sentiment as well

One of Malaysia’s low voltage transformer and industrial lighting manufacturers, has out performed most of its peers with double digits growth in sales and profits for the first half of 2014. Amid a challenging environment faced by the company, it saw its pre tax profit rise 21.4% to rm25.4 million in 1HFY2014 while revenue increased 27.7% to rm189.6 million.



For FY2013 the transformer and lighting segment accounted for 67% of sales with the balance contributed by the process equipment segment. Going forward, the transformer business will expand into niche markets such as IT and marine while SUCCESS also expects higher contribution from LED lighting which is benefiting from increasing demand for energy efficient lighting products.



SUCCESS has seen steady growth over the years. From FY2010 to FY2013 revenue grew by a CAGR of 15.8% to rm322.8 million while pre tax profit increased by a CAGR of 9.3% to rm44.9 million. The local market contributed 83.8% to sales in FY2013 while the rest came from exports.



Its net gearing ratio stands at a manageable 25.1%.



It is currently (28 Dec 2014) trading at a low trailing 12 month PER of 6.4 times and 0.8 times book value.

Few people can see what you saw. Everyone talking about profit, growth etc. Who looks at cash flow?

Despite all the beautiful ROA, ROE, ROIC, EY, PE, the negative FCF of Success is too persistent to be ignored.

Red flag? Keep on showing profit figure but no cash and hence debts keeps on increasing every year. Show me the cash!

Yeah as shown in your calculation, ROA, ROE and ROIC have been deteriorating. they are just marginal now.

Coupled with the bad FCF, that is why EY is still reasonably high.

Success is nothing that successful after all.

我们暂且把在今后能翻数倍的股票称为“明日之星”股。“明日之星”股在被人发现之时，往往像沧海遗珠，埋没在众多股票中，然而，当“明日之星”上市公司潜质显露时，股价往往翻数倍，甚至十几倍。

如何寻找“明日之星”呢?我认为它至少具备以下特征：

一、公司主营业务突出。公司将资金集中在专门的市场、专门的产品或提供特别的服务和技术上。而此种产品和技术基本被公司垄断，其他公司很难插足。那些产品和技术在市场上竞争力不强，资金分散，看到哪样产品赚钱即转向投入，公司自身毫无特色，以及无法对产品和技术实现垄断的上市公司很难成为“明日之星”。

二、公司产品和技术投入的市场具有美好的前景。当然，投资者对市场的前景具有前瞻性的研判必不可少。比如，世界电脑市场的庞大需求使美国股票“IBM”和“苹果”成为当时的“明日之星”;香港因为人多地少，加上地产发展商的眼光，使地产上市公司利润和股价上升数倍等。

三、公司规模较小，大股东实力强。由于股本小，扩张的需求强烈，有可能大比例送配股，使股价走高后因送配而除权，在除权后能填权并为下一次送配做准备。如此周而复始，股价看似不高，却已经翻了数倍。而大股东比较稳定，实力较强，对公司发展具有促进作用，甚至有带来优质资产的可能。

四、公司所处行业不容易受经济周期的影响。即公司不但能在经济增长的大环境中保持较高的增长率，而且也不会因为宏观经济衰退而轻易遭淘汰。

五、公司经营灵活。公司生产工艺不断创新，尤其是在高科技范围，公司比其他的公司有高人一筹的生产技巧，容易适应社会转变所带来的影响。

六、公司新技术研究和创新不断。公司肯花钱或有能力不断研发新产品，始终把研究和发展新技术和新产品放在公司的重要地位，如此，公司才有能力抵御潜在的竞争对手，使自己产品不断更新而立于不败之地。

七、公司利润较高或暂不太高，但由于发展前景可观而有可能带来增长性很高的潜在利润。这一条对发现“明日之星”十分重要，因为利润成长性比高利润的现实性更为重要，动态市盈率的持续降低预期比低企的市盈率更为吸引人。

八、公司仍未被大多数人所认识，股价不高。大多数投资者对公司的股本结构、潜质、经营手法、生产技巧和利润潜力等还不太了解，所以股价也不太高。太出名或已经被投资者广为熟悉的上市公司，股价已较高，几十元的股价再要涨到数百元对大众的心理压力较大，因此，不可能成为“明日之星”;而有潜力的低价股从几元的股价翻倍到数十元则较容易
