This company should worth at least RM3.

Look at their last quarter results - make 10.xx cents EPS x 4 - potentially 42cents going forward after disposing their loss making associate

42c x P/E 8 = RM3.30

now trading at lower than P/E 4, wait what? limit up to come soon

The bulk is due to Seremban engineering, which I suspect draw down the loan for construction contract purpose

You need to do a more detailed analysis of this group in order to fully understand it.

Mnrb not going to do well! Now they force ppl to use them as national reinsurance! In near future, this no longer apply! In future we insurance company not necessary must give biz to this poor company! They can't survive with big boys like general re, Swiss re coming in here!

The reduction is not immediate or one off

It will be phased out gradually. BNM wants to make sure that it cause minimal disruption to MNRb

Every year MNRB will announce latest Voluntary Cession level prescribed by BNM

They have been doing that for many many years already

As a result, the percentage of revenue and profit from VC has gradually declined

not sure whether their previous quarter EPS of 10 sen can be repeated, but I am ok if every quarter they report 6 to 7 sen

that will make them worth let's say, RM2.00

it is very simple for me. Like what I said above, I don't care about all this short term plays (crossing, distribution, cat, dog, crocodile, etc)
