It's very risky right now. If it performs a false bo, the 1st support at ema20 is -8.7% and the 2nd support at ema200 is -19%. This one looks like smtm, at least for this week.

Eventually the price will drop below rights issue price of 0.055

Winners are
1. directors who managed to raise fund of RM90 million via rights issue instead of generating profits from business operations
2. operators, proxies subscribing to rights shares and excess rights shares (with free warrants), supporting directors fund raising exercise, and releasing their subscribed shares into market at averaged 0.055 or above, making profits from retail traders, punters

Losers are those bought and holding the shares above 0.055, effectively becoming the subscribers and contributors to the fund raising rights issue exercise

KUALA LUMPUR: BSL Corp Bhd's latest renounceable rights issue may yield returns that are more than double than its issued price, an industry observer said.

BSLCorp is undertaking a renounceable right issue of 12 rights shares with five free warrants for every two existing shares at the issue price of 5.5 sen each.

Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) senior lecturer at the Management and Business Faculty Wan Mohd Farid Wan Zakaria said subscribers of the rights issue would be able to reap the reward from the heavily discounted offer price of BSLCorp shares at 5.5 sen.

"The issue price of 5.5 sen per rights share represents a discount of 5.5 sen from BSLCorp's last traded price of 11 sen on Monday. Thus, for every subscription of 12 rights shares, subscribers will receive 12 times the discount of 5.5 sen, which is equivalent to 66 sen.

"For every subscription of 12 rights share, they will get five free warrants, which can be conservatively trading at its intrinsic value of 5.5 sen, being the difference between BSLCorp share price of 11 sen and its exercise price of 5.5 sen," Farid explained.

Clarification.
The guy stntw there 2 malays in fb.one i say dun q 11 cents(means dun buy) and another one q buy 11 cents.
The money i dun give back as already teaching.if this guy expect 1 months teaching include advise, can master stock market,i had done my best.
I think i know who also,as i say dun q 11 cents anymore.but tht guy buy not my fault.
