i might be wrong but from technical analysis, the most latest to determine Impiana to make a reversal comeback would be within July 2022..either it get on its feet before that or during that time period

What you mean Aloha? U mean new shares are issued at 0.09. But current share price run at 0.075? Or new shares will be at 0.075? how many percent of total shares issue for new shares?

new shares will not dilute the current share price but might lead to decline in share price in near team. it will dilute the proportion (%) of you holding.
on top of new share at 0.09 for land purchase, there is also private placement announced on April 16 with new share at 0.073. anyone get 0.07/.075 will be good entry price

Thanks, Aloha. I got big positions from PreCovid, and my average much higher than current price. I just hope it will not go for Share consolidation...
I hope IMpiana can get through this crisis, and rebound during the end of COVID.
