24 Oct is the last date of lodgement, usually will be listed 1-2 wks after that...

But there is a statement stated,
The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) within 2 market days after the application for the quotation of the Warrants is
submitted to Bursa Securities.

So does it mean that if the warrant quoted on 21 Oct then will be listed on 24 Oct ?

free warrants aldy ex. the excercise or conversion price to 1 mother share is 60sen. expected warrants price will depend on mother share price, if mother rm 2.56, warrant should be 2.56 - 0.60 = 1.96 . (provided everythings go smoothly )
