Meena indeed seek Abu Dhabi court injunction to stop International court award of RM 300 million but is failed . Refer latest FY19 Q4, zelan is in the process of registering the award in Abu Dhabi court n thereafter to proceed with the execution proceedings against the project owner .

Zelan is sueing NRY Architects on March 2019 for RM 300 million due to IIUM project is delayed 3 years .

NRY Architects is sizeable company with abt 80 architects . Its founder and Big boss is Najib brother .

expected the case will be resolved amicably, of course with win win solution.

Previous GM- Finance whom is handled Meena case is transferred to other MMC subsidiary company in 2015 after Meena is agreed to make payment and project to resume .

MMC is transferred her back to Zelan in 2019 , current position is COO.

CEO is back on March 2020 .

Don't worry about Mco and Rmco as all companies including bankrupt zelan also subject to.

More important is after uplift from Mco Bauxite mining will return back in Full force

And Bauxite mining contributes the Highest Net profit to Wzsatu

One of the main reasons Directors are buying and buying and buying

Warren Buffet said when you buy a stock you are either buying the whole company or bit and pieces of the company

So Calvin and friends invested in Tmakmur
Agong 1st offered to take Tmakmur private at Rm1.80. Finally he increased it to Rm1.90 to take Tmakmur private

Same for Wzsatu. Agong 1st bought 3.6% of Wzsatu in year 2014. Latest after 5 years on 2nd December 2019 annual report Agong has increased his stake in WZSatu to over 9%

Whether Agong bought 43 millions or 9% or whole company only shows that he has put his confidence in WZSatu
