it depends, the buyer must be more than the seller in order to sustain the share price, some existing weak holder just want to take profit to sell their share to a lower price offering buyer. No worry at all, 5% dividend per year as they paid twice per year, now they pay every quarter per year, growth of dividend is more important than its share price.

the "number" shown in the EPS and PE will be different after the bonus issue...but the "value" of the EPS and PE which are corresponding with its share price still the same...because the share price also adjusted accordingly.

Each director throw 3M of shares in one day? This counter directly went to holland liao lor, as the liquidity so low. The share disposed by SCGM LEE SDN. BHD only, so the director indirectly shares also changed because they are the shareholders of SCGM LEE SDN. BHD.

Wednesday, if you had watched the trading pattern, first 1M shares put in sell queue at 11.45pm, then "someone" eaten up all of it...before closing, another 2M shares also put in sell queue, then all eaten up again.
