the director or shareholder will not buy if they plan to make loses. try look yourself how many shares from open market bought by the director.if you look at the share available in the market itselt it looks like the director buys a lot.

see the ewein and warrants price, obviously boss want people to convert,after warrants expire up or down is depend on how many peoples convert the warrants
If less people convert, then EWEIN up, if a lot people convert then will going down to catch money, take note the convert announcement, dato ewe convert more or outside people convert more.

@TomyamGong Yeah!! good analysis, dato ewe keep buying, but only little bit share, to attract retailer buy in, I guess his private account share already throw more than buy in (announcement).

last few months dato ewe still have 42% share on hand, but already transfer about 3% to amsec, now share on hand is 39%.

try to imaging warrants expire time 0.040 convert need 0.610 total 0.650
if boss put ewein until 0.610 and below, who want to convert ? convert need 8 market days. in the conversion period cant sell, nobody want to take the risk, unless the price stand high, retailers only dare to convert. today until 12 june still allow to convert, some people are still no yet convert.
explain, if warrants 100% already convert 70~80% then sure the mother share drop, because boss have no point to attract retailers to convert. that why i said invest have risk.
you collect low price and wait for rebound, boss want to eat those retailers no holding power
