The construction is for the Granito@Permai affordable housing project at Jalan Lembah Permai, the Malay Mail Online reported. The development consists of a 49-storey building with two towers and 12 levels of car parks.
Property Guru website listed Granito @ Permai as the latest development by BSG Property, the property development arm of Boon Siew Group.

business in Penang a tourist attraction.
Moveover its property investment business has been contributing rm5M annually via its jewel property Menana IJM land in Penang.
So its revenue is not solely dependent on its property development business.

Next QR is base on oct, nov & dec, obviously oct and nov ewein nothing special, dec?
This is properties company need to take few years to grow.
the plan is tangkap shareholders from price 1.50 to 0.430 earn money.
A good company impossible drop from 1.50 to 0.430. Obviously all bad news slowly announced, first is COD 60 floors cut to 38.
Second is cross harbour tunnel project is postpone to year 2023.

If you have holding power for a year or more, maybe you can earn.
Just try to collect but dont loan high interest to buy.
Dato ewe will goreng, but want you guy no more patience first. Good luck to continue holding ewein, we already go to other stock.
