uzma is grossly oversold. bear in mind recent drop just irrational due to 1 bad qr, target price should be 0.80 in near term

Of all oil and gas stocks Calvin like Uzma the best due to its discount to Net asset. Its jobs in hand and its manageable debt

Above all it has a good spectrum of skill in many disciplines

If you want to buy be prepared to average down

Kwap selling might turn suddenly into buying as nothing is set in stones

When Aberdeen was selling Aeon near Rm1. 40 it suddenly change course and started buying back Aeon shares

So as no one knows for sure how things will turn out the best course of action is to take some position while price is cheap

AND after buying should price drop further

Then add more

KWAP has 20 million shares remaining as at last Thursday. Friday volume was 3.5 million, today 13.3 million. Big buyer has been absorbing the sell down.

Oil price has PLUNGED 8% from USD67/barrel to USD62/barrel the last few days despite a truce on further new tariffs between Trump & Xi at G20 last Sunday & OPEC extending its production cut for another 9 months last Monday.

Lets see if oil price will fall below USD60/barrel this month or maybe will it drop to USD55/barrel...

KWAP keeps disposing, I suppose this is the reason for it's declining stock price. Once KWAP stops disposing, Uzma's stock price should recover to >70sen. Subsequently, it will depend on next Q's earnings to decide which direction it's stock price will go.

Uzma is one of the few O&G companies that remains profitable in depressed oil price period, that is not easy and thus i think it should receive higher valuation compared to other O&G companies. It is selling at 0.44x P/BV currently, indicating that it is undervalued.
